WEEKDAY CLASS SCHEDULE (Monday – Friday)

(All classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise stated. Personal training, assessments, and open gym access are available throughout the day.)

7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Personal Training, Assessments & Open Gym

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

  • Complementary Orientations & Assessments: Available pending trainer availability
